    Emeritus Professor of Organizational Behavior Paul Evans also holds The Shell Chair of Human Resources and Organisational Development, Emeritus. Paul Evans has a PhD in Management and Organizational Psychology from MIT, an MBA from INSEAD, and he is a graduate in law from Cambridge University. He is director of INSEAD's executive seminars on Management of People and Human Resource Management in Asia, and director of Managerial Skills for International Business.

    Pekka Hietala is Professor of Finance at INSEAD. He received his MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics (Finland), M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology, and his MA in Economics and PhD in Finance from Stanford University. Professor Hietala served as Dean of the MBA Programme from 2001 until 2004. He has directed and taught in several executive programmes in Europe, Africa, Asia and the United States on various topics in finance. He is a member of Board of Evli Bank and of Scandinavian Financial Research Ltd.
